Q: Are you trading company or manufacture?

A: We are manufacture which specialing in the production and sales of ball screw,linear guide,linear shaft and bearing. 

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 2-7 days for small order; 7-15 days for big order. Or can be negotiated by both sides.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or for charge?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample free but should charge for the cost of freight.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?

A: Payment<=5000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=5000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.Or can be negotiation by both sides.
